Deleting your MintCollect account and data
This page explains how to delete your MintCollect account, or remove specific data, in accordance with Google Play requirements. MintCollect Inc.
Option A — Delete your entire account (in the app)
- Open the MintCollect app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently removed.
Option B — Delete your account by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
Delete only some data (without closing your account)
You can remove specific data at any time directly in the app:
- Remove individual cards or items from your collection
- Delete folders and binders
- Delete conversations and messages
- Edit or clear profile details (display name, avatar, city, bio)
What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information (display name, avatar, city, bio)
- Your collection, folders, binders, and portfolio data
- Messages and social connections (followers / following)
- Usage and diagnostic data linked to your account
What is retained, and for how long
- Purchase / billing records: retained where required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations for up to [e.g. 7] years. Subscription billing is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Aggregated / anonymized analytics: data that can no longer identify you may be retained.
