Welcome to MintCollect Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this mobile application designed to track your TCG collectibles. By using MintCollect, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

• "MintCollect app" refers to the MintCollect software by MintCollect.
• "User" refers to anyone who downloads, installs, or uses MintCollect.
• "Content" refers to all data, information, images, text, and other material provided through MintCollect.

Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old to use MintCollect.
• If under the age of 13, users must have parental permission and approval before installing and using MintCollect.
• By using MintCollect, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

• Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• When using social registration, if applicable, you must adhere to the agreements outlined by your selected option — Apple, Google, or third-party phone provider.

User Conduct

Users agree to use MintCollect only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights.
• Using MintCollect to distribute spam or malware.
• Attempting to interfere with MintCollect's functionality or security.
• Using MintCollect as a means to scam, launder, promise financial gain, or any other "suspicious" activity.

Intellectual Property

• MintCollect retains all rights, title, and interest in MintCollect and its content.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MintCollect for personal use.

User Content

• Users may upload, store, and share content related to their collectibles.
• By uploading content, you grant MintCollect a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving MintCollect.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any third-party rights.

Privacy

• MintCollect values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
• By using MintCollect, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

• MintCollect reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any MintCollect product at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or MintCollect itself.
• A User also holds the right to terminate their own account data at any time within the software by using the "Delete Account" tool provided.

Disclaimers

• MintCollect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MintCollect makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding MintCollect's functionality or content.
• MintCollect does not guarantee that MintCollect will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
• We make no promise that the data displayed within the application is accurate, and you should not make any investment or action solely based on the data shown within MintCollect.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintCollect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of MintCollect.
• MintCollect's total liability to any user for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for accessing MintCollect.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, United States.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of King County, Washington, United States.

Changes to Terms

• MintCollect reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the MintCollect app.
• Continued use of MintCollect app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
